USE: Copy sample objectives and paste them into the objective setting application to be edited.
1. Click the ‘Text Select Tool' in the Adobe Reader toolbar :
Your toolbar may look different depending on which Acrobat version you have; this is the Adobe Reader 6.0 toolbar.
Here is Adobe Reader 7.0 toolbar:
2. Select desired text : drag the curser over desired text. Your browser will highlight the text.
3. Copy desired text : on the main menu bar, click Edit .
then Click Copy
4. The text will be ‘saved' until you are ready to paste it into the objective setting application.
5. Paste the text : into the textbox in the Objective Setting Application, click Edit > Paste in your browser's main menu. Your browser will paste the sample objective text into the Objective Setting Screen.
If you have the objective setting application open, click back to that application and paste your text. If not, click here < need link > to open the objective setting application. |
